Fun, experience and to help publicise my blog, learn from other users especially health, informatics, education and Drupal. The former for professional resources and the latter to assist with developing a new website.

Tweet! Invest time for learning, there are many tutorials online.
These are also targeted for specific users, e.g. teachers. See if a friend is on twitter or join together.

Often through a tweet or specific li= sting as per most recently The Chronicle for Higher Education.

No don’t use Qwitter – but will check it out. Every so often I prune the number of people I follow

I don’t think it should be monetized, but discrete ads may be ok? Otherwise could number of tweets be used?
Q17 A0 Who do you enjoy following the most?
No specific favourites – NHS, Nursing, CSS, jQuery, Drupal…
Q18 How do you see the future of Twitter?
Good question, not sure, perhaps twitter will become one part of people’s internet person a integrated into their ‘home page’. For commercial users of twitter if they (continue) to emerge the real estate they give to twitter will be reflected on their virtual desktop. The lists are a key development, actually newbies would do well to get used to these too.
